what to know, what we’re doing, what we’re asking of you.  

DURING YOUR STAY

For your safety and to make the most of your stay, we ask that you please read the following guidelines to better navigate your stay at the Peppertree. 

1.  CHECK-IN

  • We are temporarily using our walkup window for check-ins. This helps to create a barrier between staff and guests. 

  • Current health guidelines require our communal areas to be closed. This includes the pool, breakfast room, guest laundry, and ice machine.

2. COMMUNICATION

  • The lobby will be open (9-12 and 2 - 7pm) and staffed during these hours. We welcome you to drop by the office and visit with the hotel staff when needed, we are still here to serve you.  

  • NEW! We can now text all communications if you prefer to distance yourself. Simply provide your phone number, if we do not already have it, and we can communicate via text throughout your stay.  

3. BREAKFAST

  • CDC guidelines for food service prohibit our breakfast offering for the time being. Ask your Peppertree staff for recommendations or head across the street to our breakfast partner Syd’s Bagelry. Peppertree guests will receive a 15% discount during their stay.   

4. AMENITIES 

  • The outside deck will remain open. To comply with social distancing and ensure the safety of our guests, we will be taking reservations for those who would like to use communal spaces. These reservations can be made from the lobby, and will be first come first served.

  • While we have a great deal of autonomy provided under the current guidelines from local & national authorities, some amenities may be subject to further restrictions/closures.  If you have concerns about the availability or use of any of our amenities please contact us and we will happily update you on the latest. 

5. CHECK-OUT  

  • There is no need to check out. Guests will automatically be checked out on the day of their departure. If you prefer you can check out online, through text, or in person. We will settle your account with the card on file. Receipts will be automatically emailed and can be printed upon request.
